About Wild & Fermented…
Wild & Fermented is a collective of Somerset small-batch food and drinks producers. Katie Venner runs Tracebridge Sourdough & Fermentaria, where she and her husband make sourdough bread and fermented food and drinks. Katie runs courses in lactic acid fermentation, with an aim to spread the word about this ancient form of preserving. Helen Kearney is a Medical Herbalist who runs a five and a half acre organic farm in Devon which is part of the Ecological Land Co-operative’s first site in the UK. She is an experienced forager, with a background in permaculture, cooperatives, organic growing and outdoor education.
