A Wild & Fermented Supper Club at The Black Swan Cafe this autumn.

Want to learn all about fermented food and drinks, as well as how to make the most of the foraging season?

We are delighted to present you a very special NIGHT SCHOOL supper club, in just one month’s time right here in Frome at the Black Swan Arts Cafe.

Join Katie and Helen from Wild & Fermented as they share secrets and stories about the abundance of foraged food on our doorsteps, and how you can prepare, preserve and enjoy it.

In this special evening event, you can learn all about wild food and where to find it, as well as how to make the most of seasonal allotment produce using lactic acid fermentation.

Along with talks and demonstrations from the Wild & Fermented team, participants can enjoy a delicious supper of tapas -style dishes and drinks showcasing fermented and foraged seasonal produce made by Helen, Katie and head chef Karina at the Black Swan Cafe.

This is an evening for anyone with an interest in fermentation and foraging, as well as foodies of all kinds! Seats at our Supper Club table are £35 (£30 if you’re a Market Maker) – to book yours drop us an email here.
