June Update

Thank you to everyone who has contacted us following the recent government announcement regarding the re-opening of open-air markets.  Due to the number of traders we host, and the volume of visitors that our event attracts, we will not be resuming markets at this time. We are awaiting further guidance from Public Health England on large events and gatherings, which are still prohibited. We will be consulting with all the relevant authorities before we decide when and how we can safely operate again.

We will of course update you all as soon as we are planning to return. As always, the health and safety of our community here in Frome, along with that of our traders, visitors and staff, is paramount. We will only reopen our full-scale event when we are given clear advice that it is safe to do so.

In the meantime, please continue to stay safe and to support our traders, and the small independent businesses in Frome and the south west, however you can. You can find many of these over on our our virtual market pages.
