Love and Pride at The Frome Independent

June brings the best of early summer’s delicious local produce to The Frome Independent on Sunday 4th June. From 10am-3pm throughout the town centre you’ll find everything from award winning cheeses, honey and salad greens to sauerkraut, biltong and homity pie.

With the growing season in full swing it’s the perfect time to pick up herbs, house plants and cut flowers from the Homes & Gardens market by the river or search for vintage garden planters, furniture and pots from the vibrant Flea.

Celebrating the town’s first full Pride season, Frome’s LGBTQ+ group is taking over the market stage this month with a really exciting mix of music and performance. Their guest speaker is the amazing Lisa Power MBE, LGBQT+ activist and co-founder of Stonewall.
