We are proud to support some of the best farmers, producers and food innovators from Frome and the South West. Complimented by Somerset Farmers’ Market we host more than eighty hot and cold food and drink producers each month, offering a huge range of fresh and cured meats, fish, seasonal fruit and vegetables, artisan breads and cakes, locally brewed beers and ciders and a plethora of regional cheeses. Many of our food traders are experts in their fields and operate postal and local delivery services.

We sell 6 varieties of honey from our hives in Wiltshire, plus honeycomb, candles and beeswax wraps made with our own Wiltshire wax.

Frome Brewing Company

Frome Brewing Company is a real ale and craft beer brewery. For 2024 we are developing a hot street food concept, selling a range of vegetarian hotdogs with sauces made from our beer.

Westcombe Dairy

Here at Westcombe Dairy we make unpasteurised Somerset cheese – such as our traditional clothbound Westcombe Cheddar, Duckett's Aged Caerphilly, and Ricotta – using raw milk from our cows.
In addition, we also make charcuterie, combining our veal bull calves with pork from Gothelney Farm to create unique takes on classic saucisson, salami, pancetta, and more.

Penleigh Farm and Butchers

Hand made sausages and burgers made from meat from my own rare breed animals. Cooked on a bbq and served in a floury roll from the old bake shoppe in Frome

Root Connections Community Garden

A Market Garden with a difference, Root Connections grow fruit, vegetables and flowers and makes preserves, whilst providing a home, support and horticultural activity for homeless people in Mendip. We welcome volunteers and are open to the general public for onsite sales on Tuesdays and Fridays, 10am-1pm.

South Sun Biltong

Biltong is a traditional South African treat, using fresh cuts of beef which are cured in spices and then hung in an air drying cabinet for two weeks. This creates a delicious and versatile product which can be used as a snack or garnished on top of your favourite foods. We use Somerset Beef and natural herbs & spices and no artificial additives.

The Great Cake Company

The Great Cake Company was established in 2005 with the aim to provide a range of delicious, gluten-free cakes and snacks for sale across coffee shops, food emporiums, shops, venues, farmers markets, events and festivals in the South West. Favourites include chocolate brownies, millionaires shortbread, a selection of almond friands, granola bars, traditional date & walnut and lemon drizzle.
