Your market needs you

The Frome Independent is a free social event for residents and visitors and we’d like to keep it that way!  

This month we are running a Crowdfunder campaign to raise money to rejuvenate and update our much-loved pop-up Village Green.

We are also looking to raise funds to host Frome-On-Sea, our annual urban beach on Sunday 6th August. Funds will also support our work with local charities and community groups, helping them to raise money throughout the coming year.

If we reach our target of £5000, Frome Town Council will match-fund all the pledges, meaning that we can replace our threadbare fake grass and run a programme of events and activities over the next year.

We would love your support! We’d be extremely grateful for any amount you can pledge. As a thank-you, we have some great rewards that start at just £10, which will buy you entry into our prize draw for a chance to win some amazing prizes donated by our fabulous traders. £20 will get you one of our Reclaim The High Street shopping bags and entry into the prize draw and £30 will get you Market Maker membership, the shopper and entry into the prize draw! For those looking to pledge a little more, there are some tantalising exclusives up for grabs in the form of exclusive one-off experiences with four of our best traders.
