Biltong is a traditional South African treat, using fresh cuts of beef which are cured in spices and then hung in an air drying cabinet for two weeks. This creates a delicious and versatile product which can be used as a snack or garnished on top of your favourite foods. We use Somerset Beef and natural herbs & spices and no artificial additives.
