Complimented by Somerset Farmers’ Market we host more than eighty hot and cold food and drink producers each month, offering a huge range of fresh and cured meats, fish, seasonal fruit and vegetables, artisan breads and cakes, locally brewed beers and ciders and a plethora of regional cheeses. Many of our food traders are experts in their fields and operate postal and local delivery services.

Fire Cider is a delicious and powerful apple cider vinegar tonic, made with 18 carefully selected organic, tasty and health supporting ingredients. We infuse them in live Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (with the mother) for at least five weeks, then cold triple press the infusion using a traditional apple press. The result? A complex, bold and fabulous tasting vinegar that’s as good in the kitchen as it is for your gut.
