We are proud to support some of the best farmers, producers and food innovators from Frome and the South West. Complimented by Somerset Farmers’ Market we host more than eighty hot and cold food and drink producers each month, offering a huge range of fresh and cured meats, fish, seasonal fruit and vegetables, artisan breads and cakes, locally brewed beers and ciders and a plethora of regional cheeses. Many of our food traders are experts in their fields and operate postal and local delivery services.

I first learnt to cook in my father’s restaurant in Australia, but on my travels in Europe I picked up a small job in Biarritz in a small bakery. They said I had a natural ability for pastry, so the rest is history! I make a range of sweet tarts including custard, bakewell, citron, frangipane and fruit pies.
