Ah-Ma’s takes the traditions of home-cooked Cantonese cuisine, which brings emphasis to the freshness and taste of the primary ingredients, to bring delicious, wholesome, made from scratch dim sum to the masses.Our Dumplings and Baos are carefully crafted by hand in our prep kitchen in Bristol everyday. We don’t use artificial flavour enhancers or colourings and instead work with the best local producers, using free-range and organic produce. We know quality, well-sourced ingredients make all the difference.

There’s a new breed of Macaroni & Cheese on the street food scene. Our time working in the Alps showed us that there is no such thing as too much cheese because of this we use a 4 cheese blend to make our grilled macaroni & cheese. The only thing that tastes better than macaroni cheese is GRILLED macaroni cheese.
